From One Station to a Strong Brotherhood

Local 3924 was founded in 1999 by 17 firefighters operating out of a single station. Today, we have grown to more than 80 members staffing five stations across the City of Avondale.

We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to the residents, businesses, and visitors of our community.

Working hand in hand with fire and city administration through labor–management and contract negotiations, we advocate for our members while supporting the mission of Avondale Fire.

To ensure the well-being of our firefighters, we provide access to financial, physical, and mental wellness resources that promote a happy, healthy, and sustainable life.
