Serving Avondale with Pride and Purpose

On behalf of the Avondale Fire Fighters, IAFF Local 3924, I want to thank you for taking the time to connect with us. Our union is built on a simple foundation: protecting those who protect others.
 
Every day, our members answer the call to serve the people of Avondale with courage, professionalism, and compassion. Local 3924 exists to ensure that these men and women have the resources, representation, and support they need both on and off the job.
 
We are committed to advancing firefighter safety, strengthening workplace protections, and building lasting partnerships with the city and our community. Beyond emergency response, our members are proud to volunteer, support local causes, and be active neighbors in the place we call home.
 
As President, I am proud of the solidarity we share within Local 3924 and the trust we continue to build with the people we serve. Together, we can make a difference — for our members, for their families, and for the future of Avondale.
